Objectives:
Students will be able to sing their voice part accurately along with a digital recording
Procedures:
Select a piece of choral music. Create a digital audio recording of the teacher singing each of the voice parts into different tracks in the digital audio software. Once all of the voices have been recorded, put in a marker at each verse, rehearsal marking, or any other place in the music that is good to start your chorus singing during a rehearsal. This provides for easy navigation throughout the session. Mix the audio tracks so they are accurate to the written score and sound good. You may now use this in any rehearsal for examples. Each part may be played seperately or along with any combination of other voices. This will save your voice and is also great for a substitute teacher or when you are not feeling well.
