TI:ME is pleased to announce that our 4th annual TI:ME Award for Outstanding Contributions to Technology in Music Education was presented to MusicFirst on the floor of the 2016 Winter NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA.

Music First is a company whose name is well-known by almost every informed tech savvy music educator and has a full range of programs for grades K-12 that cater to every music educator’s needs. Their cloud based classroom software makes assessing knowledge of learned musical concepts innovative and cutting edge. The company’s mission states that “Music First offers Music Teachers and their students easy-to-use, affordable, cloud-based solutions that enable music learning, creation, assessment, sharing, and exploration on any device at anytime, anywhere”.  The programs in their arsenal cover what all music educators desire in a usable teaching resource broken into three main categories: tools, theory, and practice.  With such titles as Auralia, Noteflight, Music Delta, and Charanga Music World, you can build your own cloud based classroom that is able to fit into any teaching situation.
