Conference Site, Dates, and Equipment
The 2013 TI:ME Central Regional Conference will be held February 7–9 at the Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio. Held in conjunction with the OMEA Conference, we expect close to 3,000 music educators to attend. TI:ME will equip each room with the following: 
•a data projector
•a projection screen
•sound reinforcement

A SMART Board will be provided for interactive whiteboard sessions. Presenters must bring their own presentation computer. Due to the cost of Wi-Fi at the location, TI:ME will not be providing internet service.

*Proposals need not be limited to the ideas given above as these sample sessions are intended merely to stimulate your thinking.
 
Session Formats
Within each category we would like to receive proposals for lecture/presentations, hands-on tutorial sessions, product demonstrations, and industry showcases. We have specific interest in presenters willing to do two sessions with a beginner session and another more advanced session on the same topic. We are also extremely interested in presenting live performances utilizing MIDI or other music technologies. Emphasis should be placed on competency acquisition so that attendees will leave with new skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm.

Sessions will have a maximum 60-minute time slot, with 15 minutes between sessions for set-up and teardown. TI:ME cannot provide honoraria or expenses. All presenters must join or be current members of either TI:ME or OMEA.
 
Notification of Accepted Proposals
