1. Students will be asked to write a series of scales (C,F,Bb,Eb,Ab) on paper using whole notes.
2.. Each student will transfer the scales onto a notation program.
3. They will use different rhythm patterns for each scale. Ex: C – whole notes, F-Quarter notes, Bb-eighth notes, Eb-sixteenth notes,Ab-combination of quarter notes, eighth notes, and sixteenth notes.
4. All scales will be written without keysignatures-accidentals will be used.
