Website and Membership Changes

TI:ME is growing, and outgrowing our previous web solution. We fought the good fight the past couple of years in Open Source software world managing your memberships, and tying your login to the site with access to certain content and areas. That was six years ago, and it is a Facebook and Twitter world now, so we have eliminated many of the website features that were not being used, made our back-end content open to everyone, and we are now managing your membership with a third party. Membership categories stay the same, the prices are the same, but membership will now be handled by a third-party, experienced club membership company here in the USA, called Club Express. They’ve been in business for many years, and have a great handle on this process. Not having to manage the membership software, critical updates, security patches, or dealing with Open Source providers who go out of business will allow TI:ME management and board members to focus on our core mission, and we are excited to get to do so. Club Express has a seamless, and easy site for membership management, and what’s more, they have a toll-free support line you can call if you have any problems joining or renewing your TI:ME membership. We thank you for your continued support of our mission to make the use of technology ubiquitous in music education, and look forward to seeing you at our next conference.
